About Me

I was born in Poland. I studied psychology at Adam Mickiewicz University where I specialised in Personality Psychology. I developed an interest in biodynamic psychotherapy then I came to the UK to study it further and to begin my psychotherapy practice in 2014.

I suffered a huge setback when I developed liver failure but in 2015 I had a successful liver transplant.

I am now in the final stages of my supervision programme and working towards being fully qualified.

My practice focusses on biodynamic psychotherapy because:

  • It combines talking therapy and body work, which leads to faster results that talking alone
  • You can observe many reactions in the body which help to truly understand the client
